Cansu Aksoy

Founding Partner

Cansu Aksoy completed her high school education at Robert College and subsequently graduated from Koç University Faculty of Law. She began her professional legal career in 2011 as an attorney registered with the Istanbul Bar Association. Throughout her career, shaped by a strong academic background and an international perspective, she has particularly specialized in corporate legal advisory services.

As one of the founding partners of our firm, Cansu Aksoy has extensive experience in corporate law, corporate governance principles, mergers and acquisitions, and administrative law, and has successfully represented clients operating across various industries in a wide range of legal matters. A significant portion of her client portfolio consists of foreign-invested companies and international investors, to whom she provides comprehensive legal counsel regarding their investments, restructuring processes, and operational activities in Türkiye.

In addition to advising numerous local and international clients on real estate investments, mining projects, and research and development activities conducted in Türkiye, she has also provided legal consultancy to local and international companies in high-capital projects, including international contracting projects, and has taken an active role in the establishment and structuring of various corporate entities, including mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Cansu Aksoy provides strategic legal counsel to local and international clients with a particular focus on commercial needs and sector-specific dynamics.

Emre Aksoy

Founding Partner

Emre Aksoy began his legal education at Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2003 and, throughout his professional career, has worked at reputable law firms operating across different jurisdictions. Having primarily focused his career on the resolution of national and international commercial disputes, Emre Aksoy has extensive experience in litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms developed over many years of practice.

As one of the founding partners of our firm, Emre Aksoy provides legal counsel to local and international clients operating in various sectors in relation to the management of commercial disputes, litigation and arbitration proceedings, and strategic dispute resolution processes. He currently continues to advise a number of Türkiye’s leading companies on a regular basis.

Since the early stages of the implementation of mediation as a legally recognized dispute resolution mechanism in Türkiye, Emre Aksoy has been actively involved in mediation practice and has gained significant experience particularly in commercial disputes and employment law disputes. He believes that the multidimensional perspective he has developed through mediation practice contributes to his ability to assess not only the legal aspects of disputes in which he acts as counsel, but also their commercial, operational, and relational dynamics in a comprehensive manner.
